The earthquake that occurred at 09.53.02 WIB was located at 7.09 LU - 93.97 BT or more precisely 202 Km North-West of the City of Sabang, Aceh. The earthquake was 165 kilometers deep. The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) informed that the earthquake in Sabang, Aceh had no tsunami potential.
